Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.

We understand that issues can happen, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your request quickly, include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we’ll either:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method


Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is issued:

  • You will be notified by email

  • Funds are typically returned within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company

  2. Contact your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

  3. Still no luck? Email us: hello@nailure.com


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, discounted, or purchased during promotional campaigns are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged.


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
Please double-check all information before placing your order.


Return Shipping (if approved)

If a return is approved (rare and only in specific cases):

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return address will be provided via email

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
